The Fuego del Sur has been for everyone in Kiel for more than 20 years. "Fire of the South" - as the name suggests, fire plays a big role for us. Sadat Bujupaj worked in the restaurant for ten years, learning the original Argentinean recipes and managing the kitchen team. Then he moved to Hamburg's Schanzenviertel, where he ran a smaller location. But when he heard about the Corona-related closure of the Fuego, his former job and the Kiel Fjord drew him back north.
